Our Story 

With over 30 years experience as both a Chef and Event Caterer, Lee Brown has always been passionate about food (and drink). Following on from his successful career owning a small group of award-winning Gastro Pubs, Lee wanted to start a business that enabled him to deliver food that tastes great, looks divine and makes an event extra special.  

13 years later, Browns Kitchen is doing just that 

Lee ensures he uses only the very best local produce and works with his dedicated, in-house team, thus ensuring a shared creativity in his kitchens, which are nestled in the stunning Surrey countryside, located at Dean House Farm in Newdigate.  
 
But it's not just weddings and events in Surrey. Much of the time, Lee and the team find themselves shuttling between site visits in private homes/gardens or conducting "walk throughs" and meetings at any number of venues in Sussex, London, Kent and beyond. Lee and the team are dedicated to ensuring every aspect of your event is seamless and spending time with the client, at any venue, whatever the occasion, is key.
