A lovely couple came Sunday last and spent a few hours in the Browns Kitchen offices having a wedding tasting for there special day in 2015.
They had a selection of canapes then a seafood starter followed by a poached chicken breast with Fondant potato, asparagus & white wine and Shoulder of English Lamb with leek mash, then a sharing cheese board for dessert.
This particular wedding is for 150 guests with 200 in the evening and we are helping the couple with the logistics of the whole day as well as serving them up a real treat.
