We are hugely experienced in the logistics whether it be a private garden, a marquee in a field or a private venue – we can adapt to every situation.
We know your wedding day should be unique in every way. We understand that your special day deserves catering that goes beyond the ordinary, but that is only one part of your day. We provide exceptional service, attention to detail and the personal touch together with exemplary organisational skills meaning that we know your day will run seamlessly from the popping of the first cork to the last dance...we will take care of everything allowing you to savour every minute.
From your very first conversation with Browns Kitchen, we hope you will get an excellent idea of how much of the planning and timing on the day will be run by your caterer. Not only do Browns Kitchen go to great lengths to ensure the menus are bespoke, as it stands to reason that no two couples are the same, but we will also help you decide upon and arrange the personal touches for your day - these are, after all, the ones all your guests remember. Be it a favourite food from your childhood, food tasted whilst on an amazing holiday, or just a particular flavour you want incorporated, we can create something for you. Or it might be advice on the broader aspects of the day - from table settings - the colour and style of crockery/linen etc to advice on how your wedding day will run - the team will be able to guide you all the way through the process to your wedding day.
We know that our approach will remove all the unnecessary stresses that planning a wedding might bring.
